Yeah, I got a new job. I had a tough decision to make as I had a few offers all at once. I sought out the advise of a couple of very good friends that I trust. Funny, they both said the same thing, verbatim. They said money is not everything, go where your heart says. I did just that. It was still tough as being in the travel industry one does not make a lot of money so we usually rely on the bonus' that are offered. I went with the larger tour company. I took a hit on pay but figured that will work out in time. There is a great deal of room for advancement. The bennies are good. There are lots of new people to meet versus a small office of less than 10. This way I can meet lots of new people and make lots of new friends. I just complete my 1st week on the job. It was a long hard week learning their system. I think I have it down, it is now just a matter of getting into my own rhythm.

Starting Over

Starting Over House

Recently I was laid off from my job of 6 years and have a little bit more time on my hands. I have discovered a show that has really touched me emotionally and spiritually. It is called Starting Over. Watching these ladies live together for a period of time to basically start their lives over has really touched me and has got me to thinking. I really need this. I need to get in that house.
